When Art becomes Provision

A Creative Calling Workshop

Many creatives feel a quiet pull to create, but aren’t always sure what to do with that desire. From Art to Provision is a short two-part workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and begin seeing your creativity in a new light. In this gentle teaching session, we explore the idea that creativity is not accidental — it is part of how we were designed to bring beauty into the world. When we begin to understand that calling, we can also start asking deeper questions: Where could my creativity lead? What possibilities exist beyond hobbies? How might creativity become part of my provision? This workshop offers a thoughtful place to begin exploring those questions.

A Beginner Surface Pattern Workshop

If you’ve ever admired patterned fabrics, wallpaper, or stationery and wondered how those repeating designs are created, this workshop will show you the process step by step. In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn the foundations of creating your very first seamless repeating pattern — one of the core skills used in the surface pattern design industry. We’ll walk through the process together so that by the end of the workshop, you understand how a simple illustration can become a repeating design ready for products.
